Returns & refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please check the size options on each product before you order.

If something is wrong, we will make it right

If your shirt arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email orders@bartendershirt.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• your order number (it starts with BS-)
• a photo of the problem, and of the label if it is the wrong size or item

We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You do not need to send the shirt back.

Canceling an order

We process orders quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. If it has not been processed yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

How refunds work

Refunds go back to your original payment method. We email you when a refund is issued. It can take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
